TREATMENT

RESTAURANT

  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (summer only)
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • The restaurant service is also open to guests with B&B reservations (table reservation must be made by 5:00 PM of the same day).
  • For the reduction of the B&B treatment, € 10 per paying adult will be deducted from the list price in use during the period.

WELLNESS

  • Accessible by elevator (Floor -1) from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Not accessible to children under 14 years of age
  • Upon request, free SPA Kit (bathrobe and slippers for exclusive use in the wellness center) to be returned at check-out

Advice within the wellness area:

  • A preliminary shower is mandatory before entering (access is only allowed barefoot and with clean slippers).
  • For proper use and hygiene, it is recommended to enter the sauna without wearing a swimsuit and without slippers. Towel use is mandatory.
  • We inform our kind guests that nude people may be present in the sauna area.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Enjoy the silence and respect that of others.
  • The use of the sauna is not recommended in case of fever, angina, and epilepsy. Use with caution: for those prone to varicose veins, heart problems, or blood circulation issues.

OUR FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS

  • Small dogs weighing less than 10 kg are allowed.
  • A supplement of € 10 per day, per dog, is required.
  • Dogs have access to the room, the bar, and the hotel lobby for passage to the room (please avoid the elevator if possible for hygiene reasons).
  • They CANNOT ACCESS the restaurant and wellness area.
  • During meals or access to the SPA, the dog must remain alone in the room, trying not to disturb other hotel guests or damage the property.
  • Damages caused by pets are the responsibility of the owner.
  • You can request a cleaning time so that it can be done without the dog in the room and with greater peace of mind for the staff.

RECEPTION

  • Reception open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Check-in from 12:00 PM
  • Check-out by 10:30 AM
    (in case of departure before 8:00 AM, please settle the bill by 9:00 PM the previous evening)

DEPOSIT

For final confirmation of the booking, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.

Balance of Stay
The stay can be conveniently paid at the hotel using one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash (up to € 4999.99)
  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Prepaid card

Do you need an invoice?
Please inform us at check-in, providing all the necessary information for issuing the document.

Do you have a Voucher or Gift Certificate?
For administrative reasons, please inform us at the time of booking by sending a PDF to info@astoriaprimiero.it 
Alternatively, you can provide us with your CREDIT CARD details (card number and expiry date) and authorize the withdrawal of the indicated deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If it IS possible to take the holiday and you still choose to cancel the booking, the following cases will apply:

1) If the cancellation is received within 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the customer can:

  • Request a Deposit Voucher* equal to the full amount paid as a confirmation deposit;
  • Request a refund of the confirmation deposit already paid, minus 30%.

2) If the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the entire deposit will not be refundable, and it will not be possible to request a Deposit Voucher.

* DEPOSIT VOUCHER SPECIFICATIONS

  • It will have a value equal to the full amount paid as a confirmation deposit;
  • It is transferable and can therefore be used by you or by persons indicated by you;
  • It is not divisible and must therefore be used for a single period of stay;
  • It is not convertible into cash and does not entitle you to change;
  • It can be used for booking a new stay to be made within one year from the date of issue. This booking will be subject to availability and must be made EXCLUSIVELY through direct contact with the hotel.
